Sara Sorche Berry MA(Edin), RMP/T, CESMT(Instr)

Director of Symmetria & Sophia's Grove, Sara has also been the Director and Lead Instructor at Equissage Texas for 12 years, and has maintained a highly successful Equine Massage Therapy practice for 16 years. She is a Certified Holistic Stress Management Specialist, and received her professional training through SURRA, Edinburgh University, the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, Vaidya Vasant Lad and Vaidya Ma Maya Tiwari. Sara is a Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner. She is also an ordained and professed member of the Lindisfarne Community, a lay religious community in the Celtic Christian tradition, and the founder of Sophia Wisdom Circles.

Sara is available for private consultation for Symmetria, Equine Symmetria, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Reiki, and meditation strategies. She teaches Symmetria and traditional Japanese Reiki, and has taught at the University of Texas at Austin, the University of Texas at San Antonio, and San Antonio College.

Sara is a veteran of the British Royal Air Force and the owner/founder of Equissage Texas LLC, training Equine Sports Massage Therapists. She is the only certified Equissage Instructor in the State of Texas. She is a Professional Member and a Preferred Educational Provider of the International Association of Animal Massage and Bodywork (IAAMB), a Life Member of the International Association of Animal Massage Therapists (IAAMT), an Associate Member of the International Society of Anthrozoology (ISAZ), a Life Member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, and a Lifetime Member of the Texas Exes.
